Strategy Manager

**Your Role - Impactful, Meaningful and Future-Oriented**

To be successful in this role you will;
- Coordinate, develop and implement superior business strategies, guidelines and principles, across Australia and New Zealand.
- Design and manage strategic plans, programs and measures on a business or regional level, aligned to related strategies and plans, in support of the CEO and the Executive team.
- Ensure continuous analyse and design of strategic positioning of the business overall, and provide advice on the long-term development of our product, service and solutions portfolio
- Leads the development of business plans and ensures effective controlling of the target setting processes including budget, and quarterly reviews
- Steer and coordinate the preparation and implementation of strategic planning, investment strategies, global market research (including the execution of strategic benchmarking)
- Evaluate, develop, and support in the delivery of Strategic Alliances with selected partner companies
- Identify portfolio & technology gaps and explore opportunities for innovation fields and exogenous growth
- Act as a trusted advisor for SMO Executive in all strategic aspects.
- Initiate strategic initiatives of external growth and steers/ coordinate M&A projects.
- Collaborates with a team of Strategy Professionals in ASP
- Support management by driving regional and local focus projects with cross-functional teams
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and represent Siemens Mobility as required.

**Use your skills to move the world forward**
- We are looking for strategic professionals with experience within Consultancies or international companies with complex structures and environments.
- Proven experience composed of two of the following business environments: Mobility, Strategy consulting, Operational business responsibility.
- Intercultural competence and strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ideally you will hold a master’s degree in business administration or engineering.
