Position Impact

You will own and drive national account growth in chocolate & confectionary across
major grocery customers
, shaping the future of YOW Brands in Australia.

Through your commercial acumen, strong customer relationships and deep understanding of the 4P framework, you'll create and execute strategies that deliver category growth, drive market share and unlock innovation opportunities.

You'll work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to deliver
best-in-class joint business plans
, influence ranging and promotional strategy, and deliver results that set up YOW Brands as a challenger in the premium chocolate and licensed confectionery space.

Your ability to combine relationship building with commercial discipline will have a direct impact on YOW's next stage of growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    – Build and nurture partnerships with key buyers and develop mutually beneficial strategies.
  • Sales & Commercial Performance
    – Deliver and exceed account sales targets, drive margin improvement, and identify new growth opportunities through data and insight.
  • Category & 4P Excellence
    – Lead execution of product, price, place and promotion strategies to ensure YOW Brands achieves standout visibility and performance in-store.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    – Partner with marketing, demand planning, operations and finance to ensure flawless execution of customer plans.
  • Promotional & Trade Strategy
    – Develop and manage trade investment and activation calendars to optimise ROI.
  • Negotiations & Trading Terms
    – Lead annual terms and promotional negotiations aligned with YOW commercial objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement
    – Proactively identify opportunities for process, profitability and category innovation improvements.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success in
    National Account Management
    within
    FMCG
    , ideally managing
    Coles, Woolworths or major grocery retail
    accounts.
  • Strong understanding of
    category management
    and the
    4P levers
    .
  • Commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
  • Experience in confectionery, snacks or licensed FMCG categories will be highly regarded.
