**About the role**
Due to growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Coordinator
This is a full-time permanent position is based at Casula branch.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ability to triage customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions for their requirements in a timely manner
- Provide high level support and oversight of work to customers
- Assist the workshop with Safety Compliance
- Providing general administrative support to the workshop
- Maintain and assist with stakeholder support and management
**About You**
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Resilient, resourceful and solutions focused, with highly developed attention to detail
- A high level or time management skills
