
Customer Experience Insights Specialist

- Supporting and enabling the delivery of Council's Customer Experience Strategy.
- Gathering and analysing data to achieve a holistic understanding of our customer's and their experiences.
- Collaborating with leadership teams and key stakeholders to support and advise on delivery of strategies, initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Being able to support a vision for a better customer experience and deliver at a strategic and operational level.
Things You’ll **Do**:
- Utilise customer data to identify pain points and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Plan and deliver customer experience improvements.
- Support Council's customer centric culture, through facilitating an uplift of relevant knowledge, skills, tools and processes.
- Build great relationships with key stakeholders to support change and transformation initiatives.

The **Fine** Print:
- **Package**:$100,000 - $112,000 gross per annum plus 11% superannuation. Salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience.
- **Hours of work**:Full Time 35 hours per week, with the option of a 19 day month.
