About the role
As the Allied Health Administration Assistant your duties will include:
- Provision of reception, and administrative services in a confidential, timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, on time and in accordance with Barwon Health policies and procedures.
- Processing referrals that facilitate timely access to Allied Health Services.
- Respond to customer enquiries as appropriate.
- Coordinate, amend and create clinics for all Allied Health disciplines in iPMS program.
- Coordinate, and raise equipment accounts.
