**Manager Regulatory Engagement**

**About the Role**

The Manager Regulatory Engagement will lead and manage a team responsible for the development, planning, implementation and continual improvement of a contemporary industry and community engagement strategy that supports the Hospitality and Racing brand and more broadly promote and strengthen the profile of regulation of liquor and gaming in NSW.

**About You**

You will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant professional experience in communications or related field plus considerable experience in the development and implementation of engagement strategies in a complex, dynamic, multifaceted environment.

You will have experience in managing the development, planning, implementation, and continual improvement of contemporary, innovative engagement strategies that effectively meet broad and specific objectives.

You will have demonstrated experience in managing and preparing accurate and appropriate briefings, presentations, and correspondence.

You will have experience in establishing and sustaining constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders improving the effectiveness of engagement and collaboration, establish partnerships and foster support.

You will have previously effectively managed performance and resources (includes managing budget and other assets, staff performance and development, overseeing contractor performance).
