About the Role:

You'll work under the Support Services Manager, overseeing the day-to-day coordination of a technical support team. The role focuses on ensuring tickets are managed efficiently, SLAs are met and communication with clients and vendors remains clear and proactive.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee helpdesk operations, balancing workloads and priorities across the team
  • Track and report on SLAs, escalating issues where needed
  • Liaise with clients and vendors on ticket progress and resolution
  • Support team reviews, timesheets and regular meetings
  • Prepare documentation and reporting for management and stakeholders
  • Manage after-hours roster coordination and team communication
  • Motivate and support the team to maintain service quality and best practices

  • SLA targets consistently achieved
  • Balanced team workloads and smooth coordination
  • High client satisfaction and effective issue resolution

About You:

You're organised, confident and proactive; someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly. You have strong coordination skills, a solid technical understanding and the ability to engage effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in customer service coordination or service delivery support
  • Sound understanding of ITIL processes, with experience managing SLAs and service processes
  • Strong stakeholder communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with and coordinate technical teams

Bonus Points For:

  • Exposure to ERP systems - Pronto experience would be great to have
  • Experience within mining or similar industries
