Technology Solutions and Data Security focuses on meeting the department's data and digital needs by providing responsive and sustainable services focused on supporting departmental outcomes.

Technology Solutions and Data Security explores and employs technology to enable the department's business function via the use of modern, appropriate platforms, products and services. It supports enterprise-wide platforms and services including critical applications, networks, telecommunication, call centres, hosting, intranet/internet sites; delivers business and corporate funded project; and overseas the delivering of services provided by technology service providers such as Cenitex.

About The Role
The Workforce Planning Coordinator will be an integral leader in the Workforce Planning and Support team,

Some Of Your Duties Will Include

  • Preparing, reviewing and coordinating movement of confidential business documentation, including reports, briefing materials for leadership and management, personnel records, and Human Resources documentation
  • Coordinating end to end recruitment processes, including scheduling and running interviews, preparation of guides and recruitment documentation and reports
  • Coordinating onboarding activities for different engagement types, including VPS, labour hire contractors and vendor engagements

About You
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:

  • Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills that will enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to perform to a high quality, coordinating and improving multi-level processes involving and affecting multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity in maintaining 'source of truth' databases and registers, with a focus on data integrity and reporting requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Internal recruitment and human resource coordination experience is desirable.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification is desirable.
