The opportunity*
We have a newly created role with big potential for growth available for an enthusiastic self-starter who is motivated to develop and manage relationships with our well established portfolio of wonderful clients Reporting to our Sales Manager and working closely with a tight-knit team this role will also be responsible for creating new opportunities and generating new business.

- You are methodical, structured in your working capacity and have good organisation skills.
- You are keen, you are driven and you want to succeed in everything you do You want to build a career and grow within a business that is willing to invest in your development.
- You will love providing the highest level of service to the clients of Buildsafe, willing to go that extra mile and hold our reputation in the highest regard.
- You will have good technical skills and be able to use technology efficiently.
- You will have also had some experience in the customer service, estimating or sales space.
- Desirable: You have past experience within the construction space.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Identify existing opportunities, and upsell all Buildsafe products
- Weekly client office and site visits
- Development and presentation of client proposals
- Client liaison throughout the negotiation process
- Maintain and update Buildsafe CRM system
- Work closely with various Buildsafe departments to trouble shoot and problem solve when necessary
- Understand competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, & local market trends
- Work with set KPI’s to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
