We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and a results driven Inbound Sales Representative, to join our friendly, fast paced and expanding team in Keysborough, Victoria.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the VIC Branch Manager the key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- As part of a team, answer all incoming calls in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner.
- Serve walk-in customers with a friendly and professional approach.
- Manage our existing clientele
- Recognise and refer possible leads to Sales Representatives.
- Offer Bundled Products or Services and up-sell when appropriate.
- Prepare detailed quotes for customers and follow up on them as required.
- Liaising with local suppliers and delivery partners.
- Varying administrative duties as required
- Recommend process improvement plans and optimize sales.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the work of the department.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following**:

- Account Management experience
- KPI's driven
- High level administrative and organizational skill with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- A bright, positive, and willing nature with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate around web-based e-commerce platforms.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
