Reboot-IT is one of Australia’s largest suppliers of refurbished computer to retail, wholesale, education, government, and export markets. Established in 2001, Reboot-IT has experienced grown year on year and currently has three warehouses and over twenty-five staff.

**Position Overview**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenging role with varied and interesting work, plus great colleagues and working conditions. The role offers excellent potential for career development with a company experiencing continued growth and success. It is a full-time role with working hours of 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday at our premises.

**Position Responsibilities**

Reporting to the company director, the key responsibilities include:

- Rostering and payroll
- Account reconciliation
- Supervising administration assistants
- Consulting with larger clients
- Processing invoices for payment
- Processing month end statements
- Managing overseas orders
- Resolve escalated orders issues

**Required Skills**:

- Outstanding communication skills and phone manner
- Experience managing an office, particularly in a medium sized business
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and XERO
- Customer service skills and experience
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation and the ability to adapt to business needs as they arise

**Level of Experience**

**Salary**

An annual salary of $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation.
