**How you'll make an impact**

The Marketing team takes a strategic approach to marketing aligned to AMP's segment strategy and is responsible for the development and delivery of all marketing campaigns, collateral, customer engagement activity, data analysis, insights and digital.

As the Creative Copywriter you will problem solve through creativity. You will lead creative copywriting for our inhouse creative team within our Brand, Creative, Content & Social Media function. You can ideate, collaborate with designers or work solo to develop creative concepts aligned with the brand, customer and our tone of voice. You're a visionary wordsmith who loves language and the craft of advertising and who can succinctly demonstrate how ideas come to life. This role requires confidence in taking the lead in writing engaging short and long form copy across a breadth of channels. You understand the needs of the business for the customer. You're at home within a fast-paced internal team or agency environment. You're hungry to develop world-class ideas and bring them to life for our customers and members. You thrive on creativity, turning complex ideas into clear, persuasive messages that resonate.

You'll make an impact by:

- Ideating and crafting advertising and connected copy for external facing digital channels ensuring fit for channel and aligned with brand guidelines and meets business requirements relevant for AMP Enterprise, including our banking, super and wealth products.
- A keen understanding of brand strategy, customer value propositions and how to write based off insights and data
- Ability to write to brand guidelines and meet business requirements relevant for AMP Enterprise, including our banking, super and wealth products.
- Ability to interrogate the brief and problem solve to find a solution
- Ability to take complex and make it reassuringly clear and simple with copy that connects and makes impact
- Craft copy for integrated advertising campaigns for awareness, acquisition, content, social and customer lifecycle communications for digital and print ensuring best practice for each channel in line with brand TOV guidelines
- Challenge existing documents and identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise effectiveness, while also ensuring any process risks are mitigated with adequate controls

**What you will bring to the team**
- 5 years' experience as a creative copywriter with financial services experience either client side, agency side or in-house creative team
- Demonstrated skills in writing impactful advertising headlines
- Experience responding to briefs with fresh ideas, compellingly articulated
- Background working across digital, social, video content with an understanding of print
- Be able to work autonomously to ensure communications are delivered on time and run through the appropriate due diligence and approval process.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with influential presentation skills.
- Understanding of agile methodology is required
- Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
