About The Role:

As a Copywriter, you'll play a key role in crafting clear, engaging messaging that resonates with global audiences and further shapes our brand voice. You'll produce copy across a variety of platforms and formats, working closely with the wider marketing, Ecommerce and design teams to support campaign goals and ensure consistency. This role will see you contribute to the development of creative campaign concepts, taglines, and storytelling initiatives.

Your writing will span B2B and B2C marketing channels, including scripts, brand storytelling, marketplace listings, e-commerce product pages, Amazon listings, and media releases, shaping how people connect with and experience CONNETIX worldwide.

Drawing on your toolkit of skills and experience, here is what you'll be doing:

  • Craft clear, compelling copy across a range of channels including print, digital, social media, editorial, product descriptions, brand campaigns, and marketplace platforms like Amazon.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customers and partner touchpoints, tailoring content to suit regional tones and cultural nuances.
  • Support CONNETIX-owned platforms by creating and optimising content for the website, Amazon listings, and social media channels.
  • Write and edit content for a variety of formats such as communications, scripts, media releases, EDMs, awards submissions, and press materials.
  • Optimise content for performance using SEO/SEM best practices and content analytics to improve visibility, clarity, and engagement.
  • Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and shifts in consumer behaviour to ensure content remains relevant and effective.

About You:

You're a passionate and creative wordsmith with at least three years of copywriting experience under your belt. Your collaborative spirit and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders enable you to deliver high-quality, on-brand copy that engages a wide range of audiences.

You have a knack for turning technical information into simple, consumer-friendly messaging and managing multiple projects with ease. Highly self-motivated, you bring a positive, solution-focused mindset along with a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach that we'll truly value.

Further to that our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a product-based company is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong SEO/SEM writing skills focused on performance and engagement.
  • Proven ability to write for diverse audiences, regions, and formats (including awards and press releases).
  • Proficient in proofreading and editing for clarity, consistency, and tone.
  • Experienced with Digital Asset Management, Content Management Systems and e-commerce platforms like Canto, BigCommerce and Amazon.
  • Skilled in multi-channel copywriting (print, digital, social media, e-commerce).
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences and maintain brand voice.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media, and consumer behaviour.
  • Collaborative, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to simplify technical/product information.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
