A regular day will see you:
- Support attracting key talent to Austin Health through a range of initiatives
- Managing contracting and onboarding of new hires ensuring a positive, streamlined and timely experience
- Bringing your expertise to the table in relation to a review of recruitment related technology and HRIS
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that services and standards meet with their expectations and demonstrate improvement over time.
We are seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment Operations leader with a passion for process improvement and quality service delivery. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of recruitment processes and contemporary practices
- Demonstrated continuous improvement leadership
- Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to lead a high performing team
- Demonstrated understanding of general Human Resources issues and relevant employment related legislation
