**About the role**

The Recruitment Operations Manager role provides leadership to the team of employment services professionals and has a focus on service delivery, continuous improvement and effective risk management.

Reporting into the Director, Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion, you will work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver a range of activities in the recruitment and employment lifecycle.

A regular day will see you:

- Supporting the attraction of key talent through a range of initiatives
- Managing contracting and onboarding of new hires ensuring a positive, streamlined and timely experience
- Bringing your expertise to the table in relation to a review of recruitment related processes and technology (HR Information System)
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that services and standards meet with their expectations and demonstrate improvement over time.

**About you**

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations leader with a passion for process improvement and quality service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring with you:

- Demonstrated understanding of general Human Resources matters and relevant employment related legislation
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of recruitment processes and contemporary practices
- Demonstrated continuous improvement leadership
- Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to lead a high performing team
