**OVERVIEW**:
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce, you will be responsible for driving the online growth of all CSD Brands, with a primary focus on enhancing the online customer experience. Leading a team of 2 including an online customer service assistant and ecommerce assistant.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Champion the online experience for customers by overseeing conversion optimisation and product catalogue management for all online stores.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team to ensure accuracy of product information, discoverability, and front-end assets on the sites.
- Drive the customer journey from landing through to conversion by implementing strategic initiatives and improvements.
- Act as the primary internal liaison between production, warehouse, buying, and brand marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of online strategies.
- Oversee SEO copywriting, imagery selection, categorization, navigation, merchandising, and customer inquiries to enhance the overall customer journey.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2+ years in senior ecommerce role \ 5+ years digital experience
- Shopify experience is a MUST
- Highly analytical data-driven problem solver, with experience in online optimisation to drive growth.
- Knowledge of retail online and digital marketing landscape including understanding best practice on-site SEO & planning for the customer journey.
- Excellent attention to detail with creative and positive communication skills.
- A proactive and positive nature with the ability to efficiently managing both team and tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Fashion retail eCommerce experience advantageous
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 desirable
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge desirable

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
