**About Us**:
The Workplace Services (WS) business unit resides within Procurement Services in the Corporate Services and Infrastructure (CSI) group and is a specialist centre for the management of property, assets, leases and maintenance of all assets within the Justice and Community Safety portfolio

**About the Role**:
The Project Officer will be responsible for supporting the project team by forming strong cross departmental relationships, undertaking project management administration duties, developing project documentation, plans and processes in consultation with other team members and client areas.

**Some of your duties will include**:

- Support the coordination of the SAMF project, AMSC implementation and forward agenda.
- Track project deliverables against the schedule and budget and identify any risks.
- Answer queries, provide timely advice and take follow up action as required, including correctly redirecting incoming queries.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination and delivery including: Preparation and maintenance of project management documentation & Coordination of project schedule, scope, budget, quality, risks and issues.
- Ability to provide specialist advice, coordinate activities and coach staff on new processes, practices, and functions.
- A tertiary qualification in either facilities management, asset management, project management, contract management or service delivery would be desirable.
