I'm excited to announce that we are looking for a new team member to join us as a T-Rista at our Spencer Street location in Docklands, VIC As a T-Rista, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers, serving up delicious drinks and snacks, and ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors has a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers with a friendly smile and providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and preparing a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Handling cash transactions and accurately operating the cash register
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assisting with food preparation and serving when needed
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

**Requirements**:

- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Salary and Benefits:

- Hourly rate: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Casual position with flexible hours
