**The opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated** **Team Administrator** our team on our flagship Moorebank project. The Administrator is responsible for providing full administrative (contract, financial and team) and executive support to the Moorebank Logistics Park (MLP) development team.

No other logistics development in Australia compares to the scale, location, and potential of Moorebank Logistics Park. Moorebank Logistics Park connects Port Botany with rail terminals and warehousing in Southern Sydney, acting as a national distribution centre for interstate operations. The park combines unparalleled supply chain efficiencies with state-of-the-art cost and environment-saving automation for domestic and international Tier-1 tenants.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendar of appointments to effectively allocate the Group Function Heads’ time and ensure all associated documentation is available as required.
- Responsible for diary management, meeting coordination and prioritisation of critical activities in support of the MLP senior development team.
- Assist in production of reports or papers as required.
- Manage travel arrangements for the Group Function Heads and be the central point of contact for all inquiries regarding travel bookings and associated expense claim management.
- Process financial payments and expense reimbursements.
- Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support on other operational activity as required.
- Carry out other duties to benefit the business as required by management from time to time; and,
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

**Who we’re looking for**:
To excel in this position, you will ideally possess the following:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and follow through on projects.
- Minimum 5 years administration experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting senior managers and their teams.
- Intermediate to advanced user of all Microsoft Word products including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Demonstrate working in an environment where time management, quality, and proactive operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Team player.
