BUK is a bathroomware wholesaler company located in Smithfield. Due to the high-volume working environments on the daily basis. We are now looking for full-time Admin Assistant to work with the team. The main function will be answering enquiries and advise customers and suppliers with information relating to orders, delivery and other enquiries. High potential company to work with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily data entry
- Ability to prioritise work and multi-task effectively with great time management skills.
- Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Assisting General Manager when required
- Arranging couriers as required
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Proficient user of Windows based computer systems.
- Be able to speak, read, write & fluent English speaking.
- Qualifications and/or extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office software.
- Qualifications and/or extensive experience in the use of MYOB system and SAP system.
- Fast and accurate data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
- A self-starter, highly self-motivated and flexible.
- Good communication, problem solving and time management skills.
- A commitment to customer service and meeting client needs.
- Checkable work-related references.Own car driver to work
- Own car to drive to work
- Chinese speaker preferred but not essential.
Working Hour:
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30am - 5.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
