Executive Assistant to Regional General Manager

**Who are we looking for?**

An exciting opportunity for an energetic and highly skilled individual to join a client focused firm where customer service is a priority. This position will see you providing executive support to South Australia’s Regional General Manager (RGM) and Leadership team.

**Acting as the first line of support to our leader of nearly 250 employees across Science, Technology, Engineering, Architecture and Business Operations, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing the RGM’s complex and ever-changing diary by negotiating meetings and timelines for key deliverables, ensuring conflicting appointments are prioritised
- Attending management and project meetings, recording minutes and action items
- Supporting with the preparation and editing of correspondence, presentations and memorandums
- Expense reconciliation and travel arrangements Providing support to the Finance Manager and Operations Manager as required

**What will you bring to the team?**
- At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a professional services environment or similar
- High level proficiency in MS Teams and MS Office suite
- Flexibility to operate as a resourceful team player, but also be extremely effective independently
- Ability to prioritise own workload effectively, use initiative and have strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capability
