The impending retirement of the highly regarded, successful and long term incumbent presents this rare opportunity to take up the leadership of Welding Industries of Australia and Weldwell (NZ) sales and manufacturing operations. Based in Adelaide and reporting to the Group President (Welding) in Germany, responsibilities include:

- driving revenue growth and profitability and setting the long range vision and strategic plan for the region;
- developing a growth oriented culture that invests in organisational development;
- providing strong and consistent leadership maintaining a positive working culture and adherence to ITW values;
- ensuring an unswerving customer centric approach to deliver exceptional outcomes and lasting relationships;
- managing all financial, risk and compliance metrics for the region’s business operations.

Applications are sought from accomplished executives with a demonstrable track record of sustainable segment growth as a sales and marketing leader and with a successful history of distributor and channel development. Proven capability in managing change, demonstrated results in operational excellence, sound financial competency and tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are considered essential. The ability to operate autonomously with a sense of urgency, strategic agility and a collaborative approach are all key qualities for success in this role.
