**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to support BOQ Group during our transformation journey. By joining the digital bank of the future, you will be able to make a difference with integrity and empathy, contributing to the successful and effective payroll service to BOQ Group employees, adding significant value to our organisation.

As a Payroll Officer within our People Services division, you will provide accurate and compliant payroll service for employees. This includes the process of fortnightly pay run, accurate input of salary variations and processing new entrant information and salary packaging.

**About you**
As an experienced payroll officer, you will possess a growth mindset and value confidentiality, discreetness and tactfulness. You will importantly have a strong attention to detail and ability to work with various systems and business tools that are not integrated automatically.
