The Opportunity:
Combining creativity together with functionality and aesthetics to bring practical solutions to our valued clients we are on the lookout for a results-driven high achiever to join our team.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and internal managers, in this hands-on role supporting our existing clients from across a wide range of industries to expand and grow existing connections. Driving growth and building new client partnerships will form a crucial part of the position with a focus on their skilled immigration needs.
This role offers a unique blend of on-the-road engagement and in-office responsibilities, providing you with a versatile and dynamic work environment.
Essential skills needed:
• Ideally you will have 2-3 years of experience in migration support, and knowledge of Australian immigration laws
• Experienced in providing first-class HR coordination and support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record with B2B marketing and relationship management.
• A tertiary qualification in HR/Business is advantageous
• MARA registration highly regarded
• Be meticulous and detail oriented
• Demonstrate versatility and agility in adjusting to changes in policy, client expectations, and volume.
• Effective communication skills- written and verbal.
• Maintain a current Australian Drivers Licence.
About You:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support.
• Well versed with the end-to-end of the Immigration process flow.
• Have a working knowledge in the provision of generalist Human Resource systems, legislation and awards
• Ideally you are an experienced and reputable business development guru with recruitment/immigration industry knowledge and expertise.
• Have a true hunger to succeed, with a proven ability to grow a market segment.
• Ability to readily establish rapport with key stakeholders, clients and colleagues.
• Confidently and competently present your ideas to your peers, and represent your division with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm.
• Be an innovator, where forward thinking and problem solving comes as second nature.

Additional Information:
This role includes (but not limited to):
• Working in collaboration with the CEO and all managers to understand client/candidate sourcing requirements.
• Supports clients and internal teams with visa applications and migration-related processes.
• Maintaining client data, ensuring compliance with Australian migration law,
• Providing advice on visa subclasses, and assisting with the seamless processing of applications by coordinating with legal and migration experts
• Coordinating all visa applications and associated documentation.
• Conduct preplacement interviews, skills assessment, and pre-employment verification as required.
• Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, probation and check-ins for client employees. Record, track, monitor and follow up post lodgement requests from immigration.
• Understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.
• Develop growth strategy with timelines considering improvement in processes to maximize opportunities for high efficiency.
• Establish and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels.
• Providing support and guidance to the Human Resources team, management and other staff when complex, specialised and sensitive issues arise and may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in some circumstances such as investigations, disciplinary, termination and redundancy processes.
• Contributing to the development; implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislative requirement and contemporary HR management practices.
• Previous exposure to the interpretation and application of Industry Awards and Enterprise Agreements
• Assist in preparing contracts, variations.
• Running audits to identify compliance gaps and risks.
• Assisting with performance review coordination and employee surveys.
• Oversee client HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.
• Drafting reports and summaries that help clients make informed people decisions.
• This is a role where strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach will shine.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service across the candidate network and to internal stakeholders.
• Networking and discovering opportunities.
• Attend seminars, business meetings, and presentations as the presenter when required.
