Adobe is seeking a strategic Employee Experience Leader, responsible for enabling the continued growth of a businesses with 1600+ employees throughout a diverse set of regions. Reporting into the Vice President of Employee Experience, this leader will be responsible for providing exceptional senior leadership across all functions & its Leaders in the region.

S/he will be responsible for developing regional organizational and people strategies to support Adobe’s growth objectives through strategic partnering with the Centers of Excellence and functional leaders across the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. Additionally, s/he will ensure operational rigor across all systems and processes, to enable the organization to scale in a highly efficient manner while ensuring ease of doing business.
This person will provide direction and leadership to a team of business partners and will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources Business Partners strategically aligned with the client groups which are comprised of various Sales and Marketing teams, Professional Services, and Customer Experience.
S/he will also liaise closely with the Corporate Employee Experience teams in North America, primarily the Global VP of Employee Experience and the Global leaders of the Employee Experience Organisation including but not limited to Talent, Total Rewards, Employee and Workplace solutions.
