**About the Role**

Duties and Responsibilities of this position include:

- Implementing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning purchasing and exporting;
- Managing stock control: storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system;
- Ensuring safe, efficient use of warehouse space, assets, inventory, labour, equipment and consumables;
- Monitoring, measuring and reporting on metrics for service and delivery performance, labour and equipment utilization and inventory accuracy;
- Recording and tracking all stock movements in and out of warehouse from suppliers and customers;
- Initiating or participating in assessments of existing work processes, procedures and policies to identify or escalate potential improvements;
- Verifying of goods upon arrival: quantity, quality, conditions, labelling, configurations;
- Managing and overseeing Warehouse, domestic and international transportation operations;
- Maintaining operational efficiency with any supplier and logistic partner;
- Controlling and updating of the Inventory Management System;
- Reviewing internal policy and communication flows to improve services provided;
- Liaising with colleagues and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation;
- Ensuring the constant and effective communication with operations and procurement departments to maintain outstanding customer relations and the constant achievement of common goals and business growth

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Relevant Bachelor Degree or higher;
- Deep knowledge of Maritime and Airfreight traffic;
- Minimum two years experience working within a similar role;
- Attention to details;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of warehousing and transport;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese a distinct advantage

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Auburn, NSW 2144 (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Auburn, NSW 2144: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
