**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for administration duties (answering phone calls, customer service)
- Be responsible for purchasing and logistics.
- Ordering office supplies
- Greeting company visitors
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Supervising personnel
- Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
- Managing office expenditure and budgets
- Possibly undertaking accounting responsibilities
- Possibly managing the social media channels of the company (If qualified but not necessary)

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
