Major objectives of this role will be to maintain supply of Finished Goods to all customers by establishing long term supply plans and short-term schedules for the factory. Plans consider customer service levels, factory costs, & working capital.

This role will be the most senior of 2 planners on the Kuisine site, the other being a Material Supply Planner who will be responsible for the ordering of raw materials and packaging required for production on-site. • Identify capacity or other constraints which may impact supply. Determine mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of these constraints.
  • Determine long term requirements for critical ingredients and ensure that excess and gaps are identified and managed appropriately.
  • Collaborate with demand teams to understand "at risk" or "speculative" volumes which exist within our business and develop mitigation plans to reduce risk. Integrate supply actions and outcomes back into demand.
  • Optimise the use of D365 within the Planning environment.
  • Hold operations/production to account on agreed plan & report weekly.
  • Manage inventory and movements on site, including flagging risks to SLOB that require clearance or low stock cover which may impact DIFOT.
