We are working with a Not-For-Profit organisation in Brisbane who have a fantastic opportunity on offer for a HR Generalist with an ER/IR background.

This role is part of a highly successful, established HR team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

- Build and foster relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure organisational capability. This includes site visits to regional locations.
- Facilitate difficult conversations offering mediation to resolve workplace disputes to reach a mutually accepted agreement.
- Understand and anticipate the impact of the legislative framework and government policy on the organisation
- Facilitate performance discussions assisting leaders to identify areas for enhancing performance and promoting professional growth
- Investigate misconduct in workplace utilising appropriate methodologies as defined by the organisation and commit to maintaining a best practice
- Influence role design, ensuring scope is relevant and practical to enable staff to achieve successful outcomes.
- Display a genuine commitment to working within the organisation’s Quality and Environmental frameworks.

To succeed in this role, it is essential you have solid experience in a Business Partnering or Generalist roles and strong capability in terms of Employee/Industrial relations capability and engaging with internal stakeholders in providing a true partnership approach. Experience within a large, complex organisation is also preferred.
