**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Executive Assistant to provide executive support to Nine’s Chief Digital Officer (CDO). This is a critical role with a great deal of influence across the business and insight into all aspects of our amazing company. This diverse role requires a high degree of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, high energy and excellent attention to detail. As a key team member in the business, this role will be required to be on-site when the CDO is in the office.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Help make our CDO more efficient and effective than ever, ensuring their brand is always well represented both internally and externally
- Being a proactive problem-solver who has an ability to anticipate and solve issues before they arise with the aim to make life easier for all members of the Nine team
- Brutal and effective prioritisation and diary management ensuring everything is always double checked in terms of internal and external meetings to avoid conflicts and ensure diary is manageable
- Managing international and domestic travel from end to end including detailed itineraries, flights, accommodation, transfers and an ability to understand time-zone issues
- Manage all invoices and expenses including proactively proposing new ways of increasing efficiency in these areas
- Helping to drive improvements in our culture through celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, other notable events) as well as onboarding new team members and offboarding leaving team members as required
- Ensuring effective communication through the business and driving the rhythm of these communications including managing regular team meetings and all hands meetings and following up on deliverables where necessary and ensuring deadlines are met
- Looking for opportunities to improve processes to support the changing needs of the business
- Working with the CDO and wider team to drive and deliver strategically important initiatives across the business
- Providing support to the broader Nine team with ad-hoc projects as required
- Taking ownership of end to end processes (such as events, performance reviews, planning, etc) and delivering them to a high standard and quality
- Organising and delivering a vast array of corporate and consumer events, including regular all-hands meetings, annual Christmas Party, hackathons, sporting events and any other events we may host throughout the year
- Acting as a key point of contact between Nine executives and internal colleagues
- Managing and coordinating projects that relate to wellbeing of team, for example: team culture, wellbeing or social events
- Managing and resolving issues that do not require the immediate attention of the executives
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, awareness and understanding of matters to ensure effective management of sensitive and confidential matters
**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant to C level executives in large scale organisations, ideally in the media or digital industry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Amazing attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to anticipate organisational requirements and proactively deliver to these changing requirements
- Proven ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships within the organisation
- Ability to take ownership and be self managed demonstrating curiosity, tenacity, and energy to ensure projects and tasks are all proactively managed and completed
- A high level of energy and enthusiasm in the workplace with an achievement oriented mindset
- Understanding of social media, in particular LinkedIn, with an ability to manage presence and updates
