We’re looking for a professional and proactive **Executive Assistant** to support members of our Executive Leadership Team at EssilorLuxottica. In this dynamic role, you’ll work across several leaders, each with their own communication style and priorities so flexibility, discretion and adaptability are essential. No two days will look the same and your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and spot potential scheduling conflicts before they arise will make a real difference. You'll be part of our welcoming Office Experience Team, known for its collaborative spirit, good humour, and commitment to creating a positive and supportive workplace.

**Requirements for Succes**
- Coordinate complex calendars for Executive Team members, scheduling internal/external meetings, managing priorities, and anticipating conflicts
- Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and help execute legal documents where required
- Be the go-to liaison between executives and both internal and external stakeholders, managing communications and maintaining professional interactions
- Arrange domestic and international travel for executive leaders, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries
- Collaborate with the Office Experience team to deliver internal events and engagement initiatives.
- Support onboarding, assist with office-related queries, and help foster a positive workplace culture.

**Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years’ experience in an EA or similar role, supporting senior leaders or a management team
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple competing priorities with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Skilled in managing procurement requests and tracking business expense
- A team-first mindset and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in SAP preferred but not essential
