**About HT Services**
We currently have an opening for an Area Manager position to take on commercial shopping centres & office buildings located South of the River and Regional WA.

HT Services is an expanding cleaning services company, specialising in Shopping Centres, Office Buildings, Schools and Airports with an intense focus on service, care, support and cleanliness throughout Australia.

**The Role**:
Your new role will be to continuously improve our cleaning standards, efficiencies and provide superior customer service to our clients. Working closely with our Head Office, your focus will be to manage our clients and cleaning teams.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services within your sites including training, monitoring rosters and recruitment
- Complete a broad scope of tasks across your working week from participating in meetings, inspections, training, orders, team events and admin tasks
- End-to-end Area Management role
- Liaise with high-end Property Managers and Landlords
- Autonomy to manage your own portfolio within the business

**About you**:

- Previous experience managing medium to large teams and knowledge of cleaning operations are highly valued
- Strong sense of professionalism and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Australian Driver's license
- Able to provide appropriate National Police Clearance
- Excellent time management, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Someone who enjoys a fluid ever-changing workplace where no two days are the same
- Enjoys building and managing a positive team culture
