An exciting opportunity to join a favourite local ice-cream business that is growing this summer

We’re looking for an energetic person who is proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent logistics execution skills to be our new Operations Manager.

**Who are we?**

We are the local market leaders in traditional ice cream created with North American flavours. Our third ice-cream shop is opening this December and it promises to deliver an even bigger dessert experience that puts customers’ taste buds at the forefront of everything we do.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be a dynamic leader with a hands-on approach to ensure that the quality of every Kuld experience is consistently delivered to customers. You will be a key player in building and maintaining efficient operations and a collaborative team culture within the business.

You will be working onsite in our main facility in Kardinya, with necessary travel between Kuld Creamery sites and events throughout Perth metropolitan.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing the operations of all shops, pop-up activations, and events
- Managing deliveries and logistics between shops, wholesale and pop-up locations
- Managing stock levels, stock deliveries, consumable ordering, and the implementation of strategies to drive commercial results.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
- Rostering to ensure adequate staff levels within budget and managing team performance
- Regular operational reports to ensure KPIs are met

**To be considered, you must be able to demonstrate**:

- At least 2 years’ experience within a similar hospitality, event management, logistics and/or operations. Supply chain management experience is not essential, but a bonus.
- Hands-on ability to effectively lead and develop teams at the front line
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong written communication and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills to work efficiently
- Exemplary communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills to manage internal and external relationships
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks
- Trustworthy with strong personal integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
- You hold a current valid driver's license. (WA).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $45,535.63 - $70,480.90 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:
