Position Overview: Urban Fabric is seeking a highly organised and motivated

individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property

Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day

operations of our housing properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe,

excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for serving

others.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $31.30 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
