**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking a full time Production Coordinator to join our Head Office Production Administration team based at Melrose Park. The ideal applicant would be professionally presented and possess excellent administration skills. This position would suit someone who is energetic, passionate and can thrive in this challenging multi-faceted role with the ability to confidently liaise with internal and external clients.

You must have good communication skills with excellent time management and decision making. A team player, who can contribute to the positive culture of the team and wider business.

Experience in ERP/ CRM systems such as Pronto, Sage, Sales Logix, Kronos or similar is advantageous.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- A senior member of the Production Control Administration Team including, in part, raising of Works Orders, Invoicing, Despatch Noting and Support to the Production Manager
- Oversee and Back up team members within the Production Admin Team along with involvement of many aspects of our Production Facility.
- Facilitation and Control of the Purchasing aspect of the Production Facility including interacting with suppliers, both locally and overseas.
