We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Parts & Accessories Customer Service Team Member** to join our dedicated team.

**Job Summary**

As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to retail and workshop customers. You will use your knowledge and passion for motorcycles, particularly Yamaha and Royal Enfield, to assist with the sale and sourcing of genuine parts and accessories. Your role will also involve inventory coordination, order processing, and working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise customers and workshop staff on suitable parts and accessories for Yamaha and Royal Enfield motorcycles.
- Accurately process parts and accessories orders and returns using internal systems.
- Maintain and manage inventory levels, restocking and ordering as required.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to support customer and business needs.
- Handle warranty claims and follow manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts and accessories department.
- Stay up to date with the latest products, promotions, and technical knowledge from Yamaha and Royal Enfield.

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in motorcycle parts and accessories retail or dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of Yamaha and/or Royal Enfield motorcycle models and parts is an advantage
- Dedicated to & proven high level customer service and communication skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- A Team player in all ways - reliable & dependable with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Highly developed proficiency with parts cataloguing systems and point-of-sale software
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Passion for motorcycles and the lifestyle they represent.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
