What to Expect
- The Tesla Energy team is seeking a business development coordinator to support the development of some of the world’s most innovative energy projects. The coordinator will support our Virtual Power Plant programs assisting with project coordination, management and development.
- *This role can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne or Sydney*

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that Tesla’s VPP programs are able to scale and grow effectively
- Coordinate customer communications to ensure onboarding and retention is effective
- Support the ongoing expansion of the South Australian Virtual Power Plant
- Assist in the development of new services and market opportunities
- Refine and enhance internal systems and processes to support program expansion and improve customer retention
- Review and implement opportunities to operate more efficiently, reduce costs and improve productivity

What You’ll Bring- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners
- Experience with business development and/or financial investment
- Highly motivated and intelligent self-starter with the desire for constant process improvement and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage and balance competing priorities
- University/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
- A solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality is required
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
- An interest and understanding of energy products and technology, particularly Tesla products
