**A bit about the Care Coordinator Role**:
The Care Coordinator plays a key role in scheduling services for our clients so that they can continue to live in their homes. The role sits in the homecare team and you will be allocated an region to manage. You will be the first point of contact for incidents and issues.
**Skills and Expertise You bring to the role**:
- Experience in **scheduling and rostering** in home care
- Ability to **handle pressure** and a fast-paced environment
- Savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, and Outlook)
- Good interpersonal skills with the **ability to communicate** with a wide range of people
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- CareLink+ experience preferable
