**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- We are currently looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to work in our Eastern Regional Office located in Hughesdale
- Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our care Coordinators are responsible for coordinating referral pathways and rostering of Mercy Health external service providers.
- Processing and approving incoming invoices for payment
- General office administrative duties

Experience with rostering systems would be advantageous, but not essential.
