**Key Accountabilities**:
- Development and maintenance of Compliance training in accordance with Compliance Framework, policies and standards.
- Facilitating Compliance training to bolster organisational capability
- Custodian of Compliance training content.
- Setting minimum Compliance training standards and practices.
- Providing advice and learnings to key Compliance Framework and Policy owners on areas for improvement, pain points and opportunities.
- Develops and delivers role-based training to educate stakeholders who require Compliance and risk management expertise to deliver their role accountabilities within customer, NAB, regulator and community expectations.
**What you will bring**:
- 10+ years’ experience working in financial services or financial services consulting or equivalent external role
- 5+ years’ experience in a role establishing Risk or Compliance Frameworks, Policies and Training
- Ability to interact appropriately, influence and work with stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Compliance, risk management and controls frameworks and policies.
- Advanced problem solving.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong written, communication and presentation skills.
