**About the Role**

Reporting to the Team Leader, we are seeking an AR officer who can effectively ensure maximized cash flow while minimizing risk and building strong business relationships with our customers to ensure they have the best customer experience.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collection and allocation of customer accounts.
- Preparing weekly credit reports
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
- Preparing direct debits
- Ensure that Company and department policies are adhered to.

**About you**
- What you need to succeedExcellent communication & negotiation skills
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in collections and AR/banking experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- An intermediate-level user of MS Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of claims processing
- Prior experience working in the food service industry will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with Pronto will be advantageous.
