**About the role**

We increase the productivity, performance and profits of leaders across mining, oil and gas, energy, defence, construction, shipping, lift and shift, transport and agriculture by reducing their downtime and maintenance costs.

This role requires a highly motivated individual and the key responsibilities of the role include:

- Ensure the procurement IT systems are operated in an effective manner
- Vendor management program, whilst supporting strategic sourcing activity, procurement governance and maintaining contract and contractor systems
- Manage consolidation, processing and approval of vendors into the system
- Provide confidential and efficient administrative support as required
- Prepare and distribute reports
- Maintain a healthy relationship with key suppliers and set up supply and pricing contracts for preferred suppliers (signed off by CFO).
- Purchase all materials and consumables.
- Ensure all HMG purchasing policies and procedures are adhered to
- Assist commercial team in setting up of new creditor accounts in accounting software

**About You**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- High level of computer literacy
- Attention to detail
