**The Role**
Land Command, Control, Communications & Computer Systems (LC4S) Branch is seeking highly motivated and skilled Engineering and Technical professional who is able to provide support in delivering business outcomes.

LC4S Branch under Joint Systems Division (JSD) is an exciting and complex environment, offering a rewarding career in one of the most dynamic organisations within CASG, delivering and sustaining C4 technology to Army and the Joint Force. The Configuration Manager/Officers based at Victoria Barracks Melbourne or Russell Offices will be part of a team that provides support to Projects & Products across the LCSS SPO.

Personal (interpersonal) skills:

- A proven ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally, both in person and using digital platforms.
- An ability to develop productive relationships with diverse stakeholders as part of a team focus, including the ability to negotiate solutions to complex technical configuration management matters.
- Initiative and experience to analyse, plan, review and adjust priorities and work activities to meet business outcomes.

Technical (job function) skills:

- A demonstrated understanding of the principles and practices of Configuration Management as applied to complex hardware and software systems throughout its lifecycle, as defined by ANSI/EIA-649.
- A demonstrated ability to undertake objective, systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions based on evidence providing detailed technical, operational, professional and procedural advice and support in relation to complex Configuration Management activities.
