**Your new role**
In your new position you will be a part of a fast-paced working environment whilst contributing to a high performing team to delivery a key body of work within a well-known program area. The duties of this role are inclusive of, but not limited to the following;
- Inbox management - multiple inboxes
- Responding to internal and external enquires (written and verbal) Managing enquires relating to the programs and projects inline with policy and legislation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and other government departments
- Review and reporting on program deliverables
- Provide and contributing feedback to shape the delivery outcomes
- Other adhoc tasks as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in the position of the APS4 Program Officer, you must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role and experience working in the Australian Public Service is highly desirable.
- Desired skills are required as follows;
- Ability to manage challenging priorities
- Program/ project experience
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- High attention to detail
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

Security requirements: You must be an Australian citizen and possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)
