**Your new company**
This Federal Government Department has a key focus on National Interest and Policies to safeguard the Australian Country. This Department delivers program and policies for maintaining and improving Australia’s regulatory and fairness framework.

**Your new role**
- Transaction processing including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assisting with bank reconciliations, data entry into CBMS and month end reconciliations.
- Set up staff travel profile in QBT.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring that all the accounts are up to date and compliant with Departmental requirements
- Be a point of contact for all credit cards related inquires

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have relevant experience working in an Australian Federal Government Department or a similar business environment. You must also be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, Negative Vetting 1, or Negative Vetting 2)
