**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Administration Officer to join Research Policy and Strategy, Research Portfolio, Academic Division.

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to the Office of the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) and other areas of the Research Portfolio more broadly. The focus of the position is on client service, where the appointee will work in a team environment providing a support role to clients, as well as attending to administrative tasks such as clerical, executive support, and logístical duties across the Senior Deputy Vice
- Chancellor Office and the whole Research Portfolio, as required. The position also provides back-up support to the Executive Assistant to the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research).

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma level qualification in conjunction with relevant work
- Demonstrated ability to connect and collaborate with a diverse range of people at all levels in a professional manner while maintaining
- Demonstrated high level written communication skills including the ability to draft routine correspondence, meeting agenda and minutes with a high degree of
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including Microsoft Office, electronic records management systems and
- High level organisational skills with a proven ability to effectively and efficiently prioritise workloads to meet
- Ability to embrace and participate in change and respond efficiently and calmly to unexpected challenges at short
