Project Process Analyst

At PPG, we are currently seeking a Project Process Analyst to join our team and provide to an ecommerce project within our Architectural Coatings business. The role will be based at Clayton, and report to the Digital & Content Marketing Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process analysis and recommendations
- Collaboration with stakeholders within the business to gather and detail out process requirements.
- Documentation of business blueprint (end to end processes, data and change impacts)
- Support Project Manager and Process Lead’s with process and data governance
- PPG internal ERP’s (S4, SAP ECC) external interfacing systems data coordination and management including identifying, acquiring, and analyzing data to confirm its usefulness, quality, and adequacy.
- Coordinate with System Integrator, SAP / IT COE teams in the development of technical solutions.
- Establishing interfacing processes, interface setup and testing
- Systems master data coordination and facilitation
- User Acceptance Testing coordination
- If required, develop training documentation and update the process inventory database with new / revised process documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of operations, customer, retail and / or supply chain processes and practices working in a manufacturing business with strong MRP driven environment
- Relevant formal qualifications
- Superior communication skills - written and verbal
- Methodical, analytical and an ability to challenge current process
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite
