**COMPANY**
Our client is a growing têxtile business based in Melrose Park. Strongly connected to merchandising and direct-to-garment printing and works with some leading Global Brands. We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Administration Assistant to join this team.
**ROLE**
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication
- Work hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 2.30pm
- Provide general administrative support, assisting Owners and performing tasks as needed.
- Answer and handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong Excel capabilities - setting up basic formulas to calculate selling prices, and generate reports.
- Manage printer drivers, and firmware procedures for GTX Printers, and provide customer support for technical issues
- Understanding of Graphics Lab software and Hubspot an advantage
- Organise and manage data and information for easy retrieval, for internal use and customer requests
- Provide support and advice to customers regarding DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing processes and products
- Collaborate with Brother technical support for issue resolution and troubleshooting
- Support web page maintenance and updates, ensuring it reflects accurate and up-to-date information
**YOU**
As the Administration Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the business, as well as handle ad hoc technical tasks related to our software, printers, and website. Your attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and ability to multitask will be critical to your success in this role.
You will also be:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to efficiently manage and retrieve data and information for reporting purposes
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible to assume additional responsibilities when required
- Knowledge of DTG printing processes an advantage
- Experience liaising with technical support teams
- Basic web page support skills to assist with maintenance and updates
