**About The Role**

Reporting to the Business Development Director APAC, the Manager Partnerships APAC is responsible for developing and maintaining Bravura's APAC Partner network to achieve business goals and expand market presence. The role will lead the partnership channel and support all business units including Delivery, Product, Engineering, Service, Strategy/Project Management, Commercial and Go to Market.

**What You'll Do**
- Develop a partnership strategy aligned with company's goals and identifying new partnership opportunities, onboarding and managing relationships
- Assessing the performance of existing partnerships and identifying areas for improvement
- Crafting and finalizing partnership agreements, including discussing terms and aligning expectations
- Develop content for RFI's/RFP's, blogs and papers for marketing/press
- Assist in progressing of sales opportunities alongside the sales team
- Identification of additional revenue opportunities with existing client base
- Translate a prospective client's vision into a cohesive strategy
- Represent Bravura and present at conferences, events and forums
- Analysing market trends to identify potential partners and their strategy, assessment of the gaps in Bravura's proposition including monitoring competitors

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:

- 5+ years of proven partnership experience and industry knowledge within Software/Information Technology or Financial Services with relevant tertiary qualifications is highly valued
- Demonstrable track record in creating and promoting market leading partner propositions and spreading awareness amongst sales and operational teams
- Ability to develop compelling cost models and use cases
- Negotiation skills, crafting and finalizing partnership agreements
- Highly developed communication, written and interpersonal skills, consulting and presentation skills to represent Bravura to stakeholders, conferences and events
- Significant knowledge of commercial drivers
- Deep understanding of emerging technology and trends
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem solving, organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail and quality focused.
