Deputy was founded and is headquartered in Sydney, and while we have fast growing regions in North America and EMEA, our biggest customer footprint is in APAC. This role is responsible for the success of Deputy in APAC. It reports to the Global President, and will work closely with global functional leadership across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Sales.
The position will lead in synthesizing internal and external inputs to set the strategy that achieves company objectives throughout APAC. An emphasis will be on continuous improvement to an industry-leading PLG company across every aspect of conversion and customer care.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, align and execute the Go-To-Market strategy in the APAC region with the goal of meeting or exceeding key financial and operating metrics.
- Develop processes and practices for enabling continual advancement in Deputy’s ability to convert, retain and grow customers. Align these processes with functional leadership and GMs in other regions.
- Assess the product and customer journey from first touch, through to conversion and on to advocacy, in order to identify solutions to complex business problems, and recommend advancements in product and services to meet customer needs, and accelerate growth rates.
- Partner with key functional leadership across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing
- Partnerships, Product and Sales to align teams and resources to priorities, identify training gaps, recruit top talent, and retain and grow the customer base.
- Sponsor the development of partnerships to drive customer growth, awareness and ecosystem development.
- Provide thought leadership around the workforce management industry, understanding trends to position the business for success, and evangelize to key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Mentor emerging leaders and teams across the region and cultivate the next generation of leadership.
- Be a source of strength and stability to Deputy’s young, highly energetic, mission-driven workforce.
- Actively participate in senior leadership forums to help shape company decisions.
- Champion the APAC region, and act with decisiveness to course correct when needed.
